Make this easy Olive Tapenade the next time you are looking for a pate, sandwich, dip or pizza garnish!

1 cup Spar Kalamata Olives, pitted
1 teaspoon Garlic
6 tablespoon Spar Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme
1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary
1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
sea salt, to taste
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 pinch Chili Flakes (optional)

Blend everything until you get a chunky paste. Make sure to leave a bit of texture to it.
