Newton Park Superspar

I don't normally write letters like this, but I figured that the world is so full of negative critizism that some positive feedback might be appreciated. I just truely want to congratulate you on the excellent service that you provide for your customers. I moved to Newton Park in the beginning of this year. When comming back from work after five o'clock everyday, feeling tired and drained, the last thing I want to do is go buy the groceries...Standing in endless long lines, and not getting what you want because it is sold out has always been a frustration to me. But now I must say, it is such a joy to shop at your Spar. Eventhough Spar's prices generally are a bit higher than our bigger supermarkets, the friendly and quick service is what brings me back to your store time after time again. I can see that you are constantly trying to improve your service, and that is much appreciated! you are definately succeeding in keeping your customers happy! Please relay my gratitude to your staff and I hope this encourages them aswell! Well done Newton Park Spar!
