Fresh Produce Department: Deon Jasson

Deon and his team of 6 staff members prepare a range of value added fruit and vegetable products. Deon receives fresh produce daily – and together with his team ensures that the shelves are well stocked with nutritious stir-fry veg, chopped vegetables, freshly cut salads and healthy fruit salad.
