Moefeeda has excellent Customer Service skills. She will deal with any queries regarding credit card sales, returns or general queries. Moefeeda takes pride in ensuring that the staff is correctly dressed and she orders their uniforms. She draws up time sheets for cashiers, to have enough staff in place so that queues always move quickly.

Marilyn Frost
Marilyn will take care of queries and complaints. She checks the magazines, makes sure that labels are clear and checks the flowers received. The making up of special gift baskets is also one of Marilyn’s tasks and she is an enthusiastic trainer of new staff.
Phillip Tryfonos
Phillip has been with our store since 1999, and is in charge of the receiving department. He also assists as floor manager from time to time.
