Butchery: Victor Venter

Victor is a master Butcher and runs an excellent operation within the Store. He manages 10 butchery staff. All cuts of meat prepared under Victor’s watchful eye, are fresh and of a superb quality. You can call on Victor with your special meat needs – he will cut your meat on demand or prepare whatever you request. He makes mouth-watering Biltong & ‘Droë Wors’, not to mention special Christmas treats of delicious smoked Gammon and Jerkeys (chicken inside a duck inside a turkey!), prepared and seasoned for you to pop into the oven and impress your loved ones.
