Bakery Department: Warren Baylis

Warren manages a team of 15 staff members who are outstanding bread and confectionery bakers. Newton Park Superspar bakery is renowned for speciality breads such as Feta & Olive, produces Rye breads for your particular dietary requirements and scrumptious confectionery – the famous Bar One cake and Belgium Chocolate cake being examples. Cup cakes, birthday cakes, pastries, éclairs, scones, carrot cake, milk tart, you name it, Warren and his team bake it.
